COLD MACERATION (7ºC) FOR 24 HOURS. THE MOSTO IS THEN DEBOURBAGED AND FERMENTED IN STEEL TANK.

AGED IN TANK ON ITS LEES. STIRRED EVERY 15 DAYS.

BOTTLED TOWARDS THE END OF JULY.

AROMA: STONE FRUITS ARE DISTINCT, TOGETHER WITH THE MATURITY AND THE COMPLEXITY ADDED BY THE LEES.
