AGED IN TANK ON ITS LEES. STIRRED EVERY 15 DAYS.
BOTTLED TOWARDS THE END OF JULY.

COLOUR: YELLOW.
AROMA: STONE FRUITS ARE DISTINCT, TOGETHER WITH THE MATURITY AND THE COMPLEXITY ADDED BY THE LEES.
PALATE: WHOLE, FRUITY WITH A LASTING AFTERTASTE.
