It includes only Toro Tinta. Complex nose in which fruity aromas and a taste of oak is mixed. In the mouth it is round and spicy. It is a wine of good balance and personality with a very long finish.

Vineyard

Goblet pruning and planted without graft.
Vineyards 60 years old.
650-700 meters of altitude.

Ageing

20 months in French oak barrels.

Vinification

Maceration 20 days.
Fermentation to low temperatures (27 °C max).
Autochthonous yeasts. Punching of the cap daily
Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Tasting

Colour: Brilliant red cherry.
Nose: Complex nose where the predominant is red fruit and spicy notes such as vanilla, coffee and licorice.
Palate: Round, well balanced and elegant wine with tannins that invite us to drink.

Serving

Around 15 to 18 °C - Decant 1-2 hours before.

Storage and conservation:

Cellar between 12 to 15 °C.

Iturria 2014

It includes 90% Toro Tinta and 10% garnacha. Very persistent in nose, with red fruit and spices notes, in mouth well-structured and fine tannins, which makes this Toro wine fine and particularly elegant.
